This document defines the interface of responsibility between BoardGo HCI and its research contributors. By accessing our portal, you agree to the heuristic standards outlined below.

Research Ownership & IP
All editorial content, heuristic checklists, and proprietary interaction models published on boardgo.best remain the exclusive intellectual property of BoardGo HCI. Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to view these materials for personal research and educational purposes only.
Redistribution, scraping, or the use of our research methodologies for the training of third-party commercial AI models is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from our Montreal laboratory headquarters.
Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree to interact with the portal's system in a manner that respects the cognitive load of other visitors and our server infrastructure. You may not use the site to:

- ■ Submit false research data or interfere with heuristic audits.
- ■ Use the portal as a proxy for unauthorized data harvesting.
Limitation of Liability
BoardGo HCI provides research-first editorial depth on AI systems as-is. While we prioritize technical accuracy and cognitive heuristics, we make no warranties regarding the absolute fitness of our research for specific commercial implementations. BoardGo HCI is not liable for errors in interface analysis or the psychological performance of user systems modeled after our published methodologies.
User Privacy & Data Handlers
Our HCI portal operates on a research-first methodology. We do not sell user interaction patterns. Any data collected is used strictly to refine interface heuristics and improve cognitive load models for modern AI stacks. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full encryption details.

Heuristic Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own interface hardware.
Jurisdiction &
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from the use of boardgo.best or its research data shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Montréal, Québec.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
