Clause 01 / Methodology

Data Minimization and Research Intent

BoardGo HCI operates as a specialized editorial research portal. We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimization. We do not engage in broad-spectrum user profiling or behavioral tracking for commercial resale.

Any information gathered through site interaction — including terminal queries or interface engagement analytics — is sequestered for the sole purpose of improving Human-Computer Interaction heuristics. We do not store personal identifiers longer than is technically necessary to complete the session-based research inquiry.

Clause 02 / Distribution

Third-Party Processing Boundaries

We utilize specialized processing tools to analyze interface efficiency. Data shared with these sub-processors is encrypted and anonymized.

  • — Hosting Infrastructure: Secured within Canadian jurisdictions.
  • — Analytical Engines: Strict HCI-focused telemetry only.
  • — Communication Logs: Standard SMTP processing for inquiries sent to [email protected].
Clause 03 / Empowerment

User Sovereign Rights

Under established Canadian and international privacy standards, users retain full agency over their data footprint. You have the right to request a full transcript of any metadata associated with your IP footprint on this domain.

Exercising your right to erasure (the "Right to be Forgotten") will result in the immediate purge of all relevant records from our active research databases, provided such data is not required for legal audit compliance.

Security Architecture

All data transmission is protected via TLS 1.3. Internal research databases use AES-256 encryption at rest.
